Sunterra Village is a gated, age-qualified community for adults 55 and better. Spanning 340 beautifully maintained acres in Clearwater, Florida, our neighborhood blends the peace of resort-style grounds with a calendar packed full of clubs, fitness classes, evening socials, and everything in between.

Dive into our temperature-controlled resort pool or unwind in the heated spa. Lounge chairs, poolside cabanas, and a snack bar make this the social heart of Sunterra on any sunny afternoon. Water aerobics classes held Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
Our 8,500 sq ft clubhouse features a great room with fireplace, catering kitchen, billiards room, library, and event ballroom. It's the gathering place for everything from monthly dinner dances to daily card games with neighbors.
A fully equipped fitness center with cardio machines, free weights, and a stretch studio — all with a view of the pool and palm gardens. Certified group fitness classes run six days a week including yoga, Zumba Gold, and chair strength training.
Twelve miles of paved walking and cycling trails wind through lush landscaping, past sparkling lakes, and over charming footbridges. Four fishing piers, nature observation stations, and shaded rest areas make every stroll a pleasure.
Upcoming Events
Kick off the summer with live music, a catered BBQ buffet, and lawn games at the resort pool. All residents and their guests welcome. RSVP by June 25.
Join your neighbors on Courts 1–4 for our weekly recreational pickleball round-robin. All skill levels welcome. Equipment available at the clubhouse front desk.
Sunterra's Garden Club presents their summer exhibition in the clubhouse great room. Browse member displays and enjoy light refreshments. Free and open to all residents.
The Sunterra Social Committee hosts a ballroom dance evening in the event center with a live four-piece band. Cocktails & hors d'oeuvres included. Tickets: $18/person.
Our popular low-impact pool fitness class, offered every Tuesday & Thursday with certified instructor Sandra R. Great for joints — all levels welcome. No registration needed.

Board & Governance
Sunterra Village is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected from and by our residents. The board meets monthly to oversee community maintenance, finances, rule enforcement, and long-term planning — always with your quality of life as the top priority.
Board meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM in the Clubhouse Meeting Room. All residents are welcome to attend.
