Life on Acreage, As It Should Be

Nestled in the rolling countryside of Millbrook, Saddle Creek Ranch is a privately governed equestrian community offering 2-to-10-acre parcels, miles of maintained horse trails, and the kind of quiet that only wide-open land can provide.

Established in 1998, our 142-lot community was built around a simple idea: that neighbors who share a love of the land make the best neighbors of all. Whether you keep horses, maintain a private garden, or simply treasure the privacy of acreage living, you'll find your people here.

Our volunteer board works year-round to uphold property standards, maintain common areas and trail easements, coordinate community events, and preserve the rural character that makes Saddle Creek Ranch genuinely irreplaceable.

The Best Kind of Neighbor Is Open Land
