Quarterly assessments support maintenance of all common areas, amenities, reserves, and community services. Dues are due on the first of each quarter. Payments received after the 15th are subject to a late fee.

A 5% late fee applies to payments received after the 15th of the due month. Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee.
