Your Elected Board Works for You

The Brookstone Townhome Association is governed by a five-member Board of Directors elected by residents each spring. Board meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM in the Clubhouse — all residents welcome.

Annual Pool Party & Cookout

The community's biggest summer event. Live music, catered grillout, and games for all ages. RSVP through the Resident Portal by July 7.

Regular monthly board meeting. Agenda items include the parking enforcement update and reserve study review. Open to all residents.

National Night Out

Tuesday, August 2  ·  5:00 – 8:00 PM Central Green & Playground

Westfield Police Dept. joins us for National Night Out. Food trucks, giveaways, a kid's activity area, and a chance to meet your neighbors.

Topics include the 2026 proposed budget presentation and contractor bids for the south parking lot resurfacing project.

Fall Harvest Social

Our annual fall community gathering with a chili cook-off, pumpkin decorating for kids, and a bonfire to close out the evening.

Halloween Trunk-or-Treat

Friday, October 31  ·  5:30 – 8:00 PM Club Drive Cul-de-Sac

Decorated trunks, costume contest, and candy for the whole community. Neighbors looking to participate can register through the portal by October 20.
